Pastors and their Spouses face unique challenges because of the nature of pastoral work, and yet most manage these challenges successfully.
We at DLJ Consulting have a team of ordained clergy, social workers and clinical practitioners who focus on those in pastoral ministry. Why is this important to DLJ? We know first hand. Our founder, Dr. Darryl Jenkins is an ordained minister of the gospel and has coached pastors and spouses, and has also benefited from coaching.
We walk alongside faith based leaders to encourage, coach and allow time to create a circle of care to those who care for others. This includes pastor and spouse retreat, congregational care, leadership training and development as well as specialized training in Mental Health First Aid, Discipleship and Companionship to strengthen clergy, congregation and community in which the local church serves.
Our membership benefits currently include:
* Scholarship opportunities
* Discounted registration to Focus Retreats
* Professional Coaching
* Companionship Training for your congregation
* Mental Health First Aid Training for congregation
* Support, Education, Research and Advocacy
Your $425 membership a year is not only a benefit to you, but also an investment in other pastors.
